Guitar: How do you hold down 2+ strings with 1 finger?
When I try to hold down more than 1 string with 1 finger on the guitar, either I end up touching one of the other srings with my finger, or my finger goes through the middle of the two strings. Any ideas on how to stop this happening? I am a beginner guitarist.

Your best bet is to keep on practicing. Eventually your fingers will get used to bending that way but your only hope is practice

Try putting your finger parallel with the neck.
