I think it sounds best to match up a 3/4 syllable name to a 2 syllable one. Otherwise it's too long or it feels cut off to me.

I love your taste in names but I think one of the problems with your list is you have a whole bunch of long complicated names, but no short ones to even it out. What if you used some of the nicknames as actual names? Some of them would make really pretty middle names. Just some constructive criticism..... I think Ophelia is a good name, but its literary implications are a little inappropriate for a kid. Ophelia is a character in Hamlet that goes insane and kills herself. Do you really want your kid to be associated with that particular character? Don't think Shakesphere's work will just go away. Kids in classrooms will keep reading Hamlet for a loooooong time. It was written in the 1600s and is still around. I think Ophelia would be an interesting pet name, though... Selene is very pretty with it) Ophelia Scarlett (Once again, I adore Ophelia. I love the nickname Lia for it, too.
