I don't have it, but is it the one by Macfarlane? If so it is a nicely detailed statue with one (maybe as many as 3 if lucky) points of articulation and will fall completely in part when taken out of the package. If it doesn't fall apart being removed from the package it will in 2 months.

McFarlane Toys are notoriously fragile (though really nice to look at). Back when McFarlane started to branch out from SPAWN toys and created his first set, the "KISS" figures, I bought a couple of sets, one to open, one to keep in the box. Let me tell you: The open ones BROKE. Heck, even the SPAWN toys broke a lot; my Angela's arrow thing broke almost as soon as it came out of the package. They're only good for display in the box. Anything else and you risk breaking stuff off. The exception might be the sports figures. They seem to be articulated pretty well with not-as-many small details/parts to break off. I have the Mike Piazza/Mets one and it's sturdy and can take a few hits.
