Lol ok i just read that dude's answer and i think its silly. anyways i'd read whats in the nyquil first and compare the active ingredients between the two if the nyquil doesnt have any antihistamines for example( generic claritin) , diphenhydramine, etc. then i dont see why not. but just to be on the safe side i would still ask the pharmacist from a cvs pharmacy or any pharmacy if its ok. then they could ask u if u have hypertension or any Other medical conditions that may be made worse by it and give u wise suggestions and answers. point blank jake just call the pharmacy and ask a pharmacist! lol dont risk harming ur health by taking chances be safe and smart.
