You might have been better off placing this question in the Religion and Spirituality section. Your guardian angel is your spirit guide. This is the energy that is always there. It's part of you, and you can call upon it by summoning up your strength, and recognizing your weaknesses. Allow this energy to fill the voids. Go forward in spite of your fear. To know the name of your own spirit guide, sit in a quiet place and meditate upon the guide. Here is my visualization: I imagine a small quiet meadow with some soft trickle of water nearby. Surrounded by trees, alone in a private place with no other eyes upon me. The sun shines down, warm and safe. I close my eyes in this place and reflect on my strength, nothing specific, just the essence of strength. I then ask my guide to show himself or herself. The first time I did this, my guide presented herself easily.
