You need to test your eye dominance. Teaching your weak hand to shoot is a lot easier than trying to teach your weak eye to aim. Teaching a weak hand to shoot will take you at most 2 sessions if not less. I just got done teaching a girl the other day who is right handed and left eye dominant. She fought it in the beginning complaining all the way that she should be shooting right handed, by the third end of the session, she was shooting with her left hand with no problems. So, eye dominance test, there are a few of these. The one we usually use is this: 1. Pick a target far away from you, and stand square to the target 2. Take both your hands, overlap the fingers to form a diamond shaped hole between your index fingers and your thumbs. 3. Keep your arms straight, hands in front of your waist 4. Look at the target with both eyes open, just to be sure I like to close my eyes and shake my head side to side then reacquire the target 5. Raise your arms up and center the target in that diamond shaped hole keeping both eyes open 6. Bring the hands to your face, the eye it comes back to is your dominant eye So if you're left eye dominant, you ask for left handed bow. Right eye dominant ask for right handed bow. Left handed bow is held in your right hand and drawn with your left hand.

important: IN ARCHERY YOU DO NOT DETERMINE WHICH HAND U USE JUST BY LEFT HANDED OR RIGHT HANDED!! haha that is the BIGGEST mistake you could make in fact im suprised he asked u that he must no nothing about archery its all dependent on wether you are right EYE DOMINANT or left EYE DOMINAnT it is not a hand thing it is which eye is strongest.... there is a little "test" that can tell you if ur left or right eye dominant but ud need someone to help u its hard to explian so here are some instructions
