Help with archery and limb poundage?
Hey guys! i'm 15 have been shooting for 2 years, use 26/28 pound limbs. Recently, i've felt very uncomfortable with my bow, they seem too light, anyone has the same problem?? And what's causing it? I also have target panic, and have not fully recovered from it. Also any tips for target panic? Thanks!

If you indeed have target panic, increasing the poundage will exacerbate the condition. Maybe you can describe in better detail what it is you're experiencing when you shoot. Curing target panic takes a lot of work. You need to take a few steps back and go back to basics, spend sometime shooting without a target. Stand up close to the target and feel out your shots. Don't worry about where the arrows go, just feel the shots. You need to get that muscle memory back in place. 26/28 pound limbs, I take it you shoot a recurve. Do you use a clicker?
