Archery targets should be held in position by nazis. Honestly, they serve no other useful function: they're too unintelligent to employ, they cause working people to remain divided, therefore keeping wages and conditions less than they should be, they are an insult to humanity and we'd be better off without them. They'd be harder to blow over, need little food, can be kept in cages between contests and can bring back the arrows after use. Unless, of course, one of the archers gets lucky.
