How am I supposed to use my aromatherapy (small) meditation rocks?
I have these really small "meditation" rocks that my boyfriend's family gave me. I have had them for a year or so and I still don't know what to do with them. Does anyone have any idea of what to do? They have some sort of powder on them which gives them a special aroma. No, David, that is not what I am talking about. Thanks for looking. The rocks I have are mostly all of a pale color. There's even a shell or two in here and a few crystal type stones. There's also what looks like a few potpourri type things. They are from Maybe I am supposed to just let them air out like potpourri?

Is this what you are talking about? Meditation Stones Each stone signifies a meditative objective: visualization, peace and tranquility, equilibrium, spiritual growth, support and protection. I'm afraid that I can't tell you anything about the method. I ASSUME that, once you know what each stone signifies, you use it as a physical focus for your meditation -- but that's just a shot in the dark! EDIT: Looks like what they do is: "smell nice!" .

Just Me
put it in the cupboard to remove the foul smell, it works probably as good as putting a teabag or orange in it, as long as its not toxic or stains your clothes its ok i suppose.
