Why can't I see east asian language symbols on my computer?
I have windows XP, but I don't have the CD. I tried installing the east asian language pack, but it won't let me since I don't have the CD, but why can't I see the symbols on the internet though? whenever I go to an asian website or anything that has asian symbols, my computer just shows square boxes. What am I supposed to do? I need this to study.
