Does carrying a number 8 in your wallet attract wealth?
I heard somewhere that 8 is the number for infinity, and if you carry a paper with the number on it, it will attract money.

no, that sounds like a dumb superstition

Not real, just a myth. Though you can always try.

sweetheart, i think it just a superstition, which refers to folk beliefs, not based on reason or knowledge. Thus I think there is no way it can be real.. Personally I would say it is a coincidence. Nonetheless, there is no 100% guarantee on that belief. For example, the belief says that if you make a wish the time you see a shooting star. you can make a wish, but it is not necessarily be granted. :) then again, this is just what i think and i hope i don't offend anyone/ any belief

Kthxbye
Infinity is not expressed by a number. The symbol you're thinking of is shaped like an 8, but on its side. And no, carrying a symbol on a piece of paper won't bring you money. Hard work brings you money. Good luck with that....

8 is considered a lucky number in Chinese. That's why the date of the Olympics was on August 8, 2008.

No it's true. I don't know, I actually believe in it but yeah. It's true that 8 is the number for infinity. :) You should carry 8 around. :) I don't think it attracts money but I use 8 for wishes. xD It might attract you luck though. :]

I doubt it somehow. Think of it this way. If all you had to do to become wealthy was to write down the number 8 and put it in your wallet, why do some people work 40, 50, even 60 hours a week and still struggle to make ends meet? Nothing in this world is so simple, otherwise everyone would be doing it. There's no harm in trying though. I might even give it a go. Just don't quit your job and expect the pay-cheques to keep rolling in just because you have the number 8 written down somewhere in your wallet. You'll end up living on the streets. That's not how Bill Gates made his billions and I doubt it's worked for anyone else.
