where do i begin to body filling my dints in my truck

If the dents are big, I would try and pull them out the best I can and use fillers(bondo) as a final layer.

you need to pull them out, or push them back out if possible ,the grind the surface really good so the bondo will take good to it,the more of the dent you can get out of it,the less bondo you,ll have to use,and this makes it easier to work with,it takes time to fix a lot of them,and make them look good,,good luck on it.

Pull the dents out the best you can do as much metal work, using a hammer to get at least the general area flat (assuming it is on a flat surface not a corner) and then grind it down to metal, then apply your body filler. good luck
