What fuse blows out on the 2000 Honda Accord if a Battery Jumper is connected backwards?
The car had a dead battery, the wifes friends tried to jump the car and the horn blasted full bore but the car wouldn't start. When looking for the problem on of the friends noticed that the jumper was connected (Backwards) Black to Red and Red to Black. Now it has no eelectrical connectivity with a brand new battery

The battery and ignition fuses is inside a black plastic box located on the rh side near the firewall of the engine compartment. Fuses are designed to melt with high current and not with reverse flow. You should have your distributor checked, the distributor's I/C usually gets damage with reverse polarity.
