aloud to own bb gun rifles on felony probation?
im on felony probation for a theft (non-violent). and i know im not aloud to own guns or weapons. but i was wondering if i could own a bb gun? its minimal supervision probation...... *Allowed* and a child is aloud to own a bb gun, but not a real firearm, at least here in cali. so that is why i ask. *Allowed* lol

Check the laws for your state. I know California says pretty much anything that fires a projectile by any means is considered a firearm. As such would be considered a "gun". Best bet just stay away from anything that might get you locked up. Good luck to you.

Why should you be "Allowed" to have a gun? You shouldn't and It would be in YOUR best interest not to have one. A BB gun is a weapon, so you are not "Allowed" to have one.
