BBQ food taking forever too cook with instant light bagged charcoal?
So i follow the directions, i place the bag of charcoal in the BBQ light it and wait 20-30 minutes for the flames to die down and charcoal too grey over but then the food takes FOREVER too cook.. I'm talking 30-45 minutes for one lot of burgers.. Is this how charcoal cooking is intended or am i doing something wrong?

My husband and I have the same trouble. We decided to go to a gas grill for next year. My father told me that charcoal is just not for some people. He can cook a pizza on the grill and have it come out perfect. Join the club of "we can't cook with charcoal" lol. Hard to figure why it's not working when a person follows the directions huh :(
