Setting up a wedding can be a trying affair, especially when you need beach wedding decorations.

There are many things to take into consideration when trying to decorate for a wedding and it can be somewhat difficult.

Considering where you will be having the wedding and how is going to be there can make a difference in the decorations that you choose.

Beach wedding, being on a beach, can mean difficulty with seating arrangements. Chairs can sink into the sand, or can tip over, which can make the seating dangerous, especially for the elderly.

However, having special flooring put down can make the seating a little less precarious. You can rent floors from some rental stores that are suited for this and the rental usually includes setup.

They are rented by the square foot and, once they are installed, chairs can begin to be put up. Another excellent thing to have for a beach wedding is an arch. Getting an arch for a wedding is relatively easy.

You can find them at hobby stores, as well as online at sites such as Amazon.com. Chuppa's are also good to have. Having a canopy for the wedding to cover the bride and groom is also a good idea.

Decorations should accent the setting and theme of the wedding by using beach wedding decorations, like tiki torches and tropical flowers.

beach wedding decorations?
I am trying to plan a beach wedding in Miami florida. I have been talking to different companies. But what i need to know is are you able to bring own decorations such as chairs, arches, tikis and fake flowers? I talked to this one lady and she said you can bring your own chairs and some of your own decor. But what i want to know is if i just hire an officiant and bring my own stuff do i need a permit? It says on some webpages if you are having you wedding in a state park you do. I just don't want to be setting all this stuff up and then a cop saying wwe can't have it.

I'd say you would definitely ... I'm from Western Australia (the "nanny" state where the Govt has to have a say (and get money) for absolutely everything you ever do) so don't know the rules for Miami, but if you didn't have to get a permit, what's stopping other people having a function on the same place as you at the same time? Or for that matter, they won't know who to blame should the beach be left with litter over it (or whatever). Point being, I doubt you can just rock up and set up your stuff without getting local authority approval first. It's not worth the risk! Good luck! =)
