i think the zebra print will scream loud enough for you. you said subtle. neon pink, green , etc accessories is not subtle it is borderline tacky unless it is 1985 is this a party among good friends? if you want to stand out without really trying too hard maybe a classy new hair style maybe the opposite of your normal if you wear it up normally for the party go with it down or vice versa. that would get people talking about you

Whoever is throwing the party wants everybody to look good but also herself to look the best. With this theme, there's not really much you can do to subtly stand out. Try wearing some funky silver jewelery. And also do your hair and makeup different than you normally would: this is the perfect opportunity to try something different!
