Blog templates??
How do you install a new template over a blog you already created and added posts and stuff? Every time I install the new template I am all confused because I lose all the data I had! How to incorporate a new template onto your already existing data on your present blog? Thanks all !!

You'll need to know what technology the blog is using. Templates can do different things... If it's simply a theme, it should just change some graphics. If it changes the functionality of the application, it's anyone's guess what would happen when you change the template.

I could answer the question better if I knew what blog platform you were using. Are you using WordPress, Movable Type? etc...

If you are using new blogger you have to save widgets template data before you change template so that you can add it later. In new blogger data is kept separate from HTML/template. See :
