you should try doing a split and lay your body to the side of your footand put your arm under your leg so it looks like a bow and arrow but your facing the ground... idk if that makes sense. the for your scorp you should go in a split and lean back and grab your foot.. it helps stretch out your back... hope this all makes sense its hard to explain but they worked for me :)

Well for the bow and arrow, it helps if you lay on you back on the ground and do the bow & arrow just...on the ground. And for the Scorpion I'm not sure, I just got my leg up as far as I could and kept practicing and practicing and eventually I could get it all the way. For both just keep stretching every day and practicing. Hope I could help!
