Brain Teaser!!!!!?
Very tricky math! Note: This must be done in your head only. Do NOT use paper and pencil or a calculator. Try it. Take 1000 and add 40 to it. Now add another 1000. Now add 30. Add another 1000. Now add 20. Now add another 1000. Now add 10. What is the total? ANSWER: Did you get 5000? The correct answer is actually 4100. Don't believe it? Check with your calculator! How long did it take you to get it? Thought it was a good brain teaser please feel free to give your personal favorite brain teaser! My husband had to finally explain it to me he got it after about 30 seconds maybe less! It is very simple once you figure it out like most braine teasers

4100....you only get the answer as 5000 if you rush the question...becaus ethe brain looks for sequences and patterns it naturally assumes the next figure will be 5000......take your time with it and you get the right answer...

Haha, that's pretty good! I got 5000 at first, then I added with a calculator and got 4100. Good job with this one!

hoo yes that's good. the mind tries to add up 40 + 30 + 20 + 10 to get 1000 instead of 100. Great!

I added the tens seperately, then added the 1000s. It's much easier i think.
