The same colors that you will be using in your wedding.

Do you mean a bridal shower? If so, there really isnt a "theme" to do these parties, she should tie in your colors like with the flowers and linens (if at a restaraunt) but other than that a bridal shower is some fun games, food and presents for the bride, not much else goes on at a shower. Good luck!

There is no required response. She can use the colors of the bridal party (example: maroon and white) or colors she knows you really love (example: yellow and pale green). She writes invitations and sets a date and time and place. Then she decides on the menu (meatball sandwiches, roastbeef snadwiches, salads, fruit tray, veggie tray, etc.). And she can go online to get some bridal shower party ideas or your local party store (they even have little books with games sometimes). Good luck and God Bless. P.S. An alternative is to invite everyone to a restaurant and make arrangements with the restaurant to reserve a section for like 4 hours or so and have it there.

Wow - that's so nice. Well - it can be anything you want it to be. A typical bridal shower (traditional - gifts, food, games) or it can be something totally different - in your own unique style... like an afternoon tea, or horseback riding, martinis and manicures, whatever you want, followed by gifts, cake/or dessert of choice and such. It depends on budget. You can even do a pot luck style party - where your guest bring YOU, the-bride-to-be their favorite dish with the recipe attached for your new recipe files. What you need to decide is who is invited (family, friends or just gal pals or whatever) and that'll kind of determine how many guests, how far everyone is driving from, what kind of activities you do. Don't worry about colors or themes.... just yet. Pick the activity first and build from the inside out. Have fun!!! AND CONGRATULATIONS TO YOU!

Are you sure it's not a shower? That's a party where people are invited to bring gifts to the bride, to literally "shower" her with gifts. There's not much to it. Some people play silly games (run a google search on bridal shower games), but the main event is talking, eating, drinking, and watching the bride open her gifts. Make sure one of the bridesmaids keeps a list of who gave what, so that you know who to write thank you cards to.

Don't bother with colors for a Bridal Shower. They should have a theme though. As lond as they are plenty of margaritas, everything will be fine. Good luck

Incorporating a bridal shower theme is both fun and practical when planning a bridal shower. It makes it easier to decorate and is a great way to help your guests figure out what to bring the bride-to-be. Kitchen bridal shower themes are easy, practical and way more interesting than they used to be. For a creative twist, assign a type of cuisine to each guest. For Italian, shop for garlic presses, pasta pots and essential seasonings like sea salt, red pepper flakes and oregano. For those assigned all things American? Barbecue tools, All-Clad grill pans, and a colorful Kitchen-Aid mixer, ideal for making everything from apple pie crusts to cookie dough. If you're looking for a slightly sassier bridal shower, consider a lingerie shower--but give your guests plenty of guidance. Assign specific stores or tell everyone they can only purchase goodies in certain colors, anything and everything for a flavor of the unusual. Whatever the bridal shower theme, make sure that your decoration incorporates the theme, and light lots and lots of candles to set the mood. Make the bridal shower an occasion to share, give and inspire. Ask the guests to bring recipe cards, words of wisdom and tricks and tips to make the future bride and her lovely groom happy and wise and ready for all the fun ahead. Give the bride a special gift to remember the day. Buy a guest book or a big, light-colored canvas, and invite everyone to sign it. Put out lots of colored markers and crayons so guests can get creative. Incorporate the bride's favorite indulgences into your party. Does she love martinis? Set up a bar and let everyone stir or shake their own. Is she into wine? Serve local delectables or bottles from her favorite regions. Treat a cheese-loving or chocolate-craving bride to an assortment of delectable varieties
