They do not list the Cabbage Patch doll values anymore since the bottom fell out of their market. But the older Doll Value books list the color coding of the early dolls. You can gauge by that and then watch what they are doing on servers like Ebay or Ruby Lane. So here is the coding since I doubt you will find it anywhere except an older doll value book.
