measure the lengths of both and then all the necessary brackets and make sure they are the same distance apart. they should fit though

yes it can. but the rear end of the 98 camaro will stick out 2 inches more from each side. so your wheels will stick out farther. and you may or may not like that look. also depending whether u had all wheel disc or drum brakes on the 91 camaro. you e brake cable may not work. if you do have rear discs, itll be easy to rig it up. youll need a longer cable, preferably the one from the 98 camaro, and youll have to fab up a bracket for it to connect to the linkage on the rearend. on the other hand if you have drums, youll need to take the proportioning valve from the 98 camaro aswell. since disc brakes need more fluid pressure than drums, youll need it for your new disc brakes to work at their full potential. go on here thirdgen.org and search for a thread about it. its been covered many times. infact if you havent already, register. its a website for owners and enthusiasts of 82 to 92 camaros and firebirds
