Are funny elections campaign posters a good idea?
I'm running for an executive position in my student society at my university (UBC). I've read on how-to websites that funny campaign posters get votes, and my friend has suggested that I dress up in a costume for one of my poster photos. Would wearing a costume in campaign photos make me seem unprofessional or give people the impression that I'm not taking my campaign seriously? Would it be a good idea to have one professional poster and one funny one? Any advice would be much appreciated
