can you put a car model together just using hot glue instead of car model glue?????

not really

You can but it may not turn out right. You may have less control using the hot glue gun, and the glue may not stick well or worse yet you may be able to see it on the completed model.

You can use super glue and bond the part together, or plastic glue and melt them together, but a hot glue gun will not bond the plastic, and worst case may melt it altogether. For a $1.50 or less get a tube of Testors or the local equiv. glue. You can buy it online at any hobby shop.

superglue applied with a toothpick, hotglue will look horrible, and melt the plastic. I prefer not to use testors model glue as it also melts the plastic to achieve the bond.
