You can get packages of vinyl window cling stuff at office supply stores that you can print on, on your home printer . . . Maybe scan the image into the computer and print . . .

Purchase some "black" "puff paint", or stain glass liner. Get a piece of plexy glass to work on, outline your design of what ever your wanting, let it dry over night. Then mix up white glue (school glue) and food color of your choice. Fill in the open areas w/ your color of choice. Again, let dry over night. Peel off and apply to windows. Works for me, also make nice Sun Catchers
