Central Heat and Air Vent blowing cooler then others??
I have only about a 1 yr old Central Heat and Air system. It blows warm and strong in all rooms, but I noticed in the master bedroom the air is almost cool when the heater is on so therefore it doesnt heat that room like the others are. I thought that maybe the connections where the duct goes to vent and then to the furnace part might be lose but they arent. I checked for leaks and cant find any... What could this problem be!? I have a small 1000sq ft home. Thank you!

they make fans that go inside the duct to bring the air in fast some times when the ducts snake around the attic the last room gets the cooler air (heating) or the warm air (cooling) the fan will help dry the air thru faster so it has less time to cool

It sounds like the duct may be located in an unconditioned area. This can cause it to lose a lot of heat before the air comes out the vent. As far as how strong the air comes out, that sounds like an improperly designed and unbalanced system. The only way to fix that is by adding and/or adjusting dampers. For more info, check out the ducts page at my source.

It sounds like the ductwork wasn't sized properly. The cheapest cure is to partially close the registers in the warmest rooms to allow more air flow to the cooler rooms. (The alternative is to replace the ductwork to the cool rooms with smaller duct.) Air return could also be the culprit. If the door seals tightly and is closed frequently, the air handler may not be able to recirculate the air properly. If this is the case, just leaving the door open may cure the problem.
