Does anyone know where to get cereal bottles?
A long time ago I remember a friend using a bottle to feed cereal to her infant. The bottom of the bottle was a flat disc that moved with the flow of the cereal, staying flat against the cereal so air couldn't seep in. Does anyone remember this or know of where to get one?

It is not recommended that you use a bottle to feed food to an infant. Use a bowl and spoon instead.

I USED ON FOR BOTH OF MY BABIES, TRY RITE AID, WALGREEN'S, WAL-MART, MAYBE YOUR LOCAL DOLLAR STORES.

Well, the doctors all suggest using the bowl and spoon for feeding cereal. I did this for a while until my kids were older. However, I have (sigh) used cereal in a bottle, but bought the nipples with larger holes.

It will not hurt your child.. I got one at Wal-Mart and another at H-E-B...

Use a bowl and spoon. Solid foods really should not be fed in a bottle unless a doc has recommended this for reflux.

Never put cereal in a bottle - the risks of choking are astronomical! ALWAYS give any solids by spoon.

The bottle you are describing sounds like the vent-aire by evenflo. You can find them many places, babiesrus.com should have them. They aren't specifically designed for cereal, I have never seen a "cereal bottle", I have just always used the Y cut nipples. If you are adding cereal to help the baby sleep, doesn't work! I had to add cereal for my baby's reflux problems per my pediatrician.

Gerber makes one you can find at Wal-Mart or another department store for $5 for 2 of them.

I AGREE THAT CEREAL SHOULDN'T BE GIVEN IN BOTTLE UNLESS DIRECTED BY DOCTOR, BUT USE DR. BROWN BOTTLES. THEY ARE THE ONLY ONES THAT HAVE A Y CUT NIPPLE. THEY ARE EXPENSIVE THOUGH, AND DON'T EVER TRY TO CUT THE HOLES IN THE NIPPLE YOURSELF OR USE FAST FLOW BECAUSE THE BABY WILL CHOKE

I work at a Walgreens and we sell them I dont know what brand it is but it comes with 2 of them in a pack.

there called infa-feeders and wal mart has them .theres nothing wrong with them.a myth is kids wont learn to eat with a spoon.bull they will to and as for choking those dont cause choking either.can get a pack of 2 at wal mart pretty cheap.they dont choke anymore with those than they do a regular bottle

Bacon and barley beer is a sign of what's to come in craft beer
Toronto Star
But let's face it, a bacon beer in a pink bottle isn't ever going to be a mass market product,” said Joyce. Two years ago, Brooklyn Brewery made a bacon beer, but it was a one-off brew for a dinner at a New York restaurant. “What could be more Canadian ...
