Change Your Life Now

change your life now
By Anne Ahira

How long have you sat around and wished you could change your life now? Do you watch other people with their fine cars, nice homes and swimming pools and think if only?

You my friend are far from alone; millions of people have those same thoughts and wishes but never see their dream come to fruition. There may be many reasons for this but there is one huge roadblock in your way, do you really believe you can live that kind of life.

Think about having a million dollars in the bank, what is happening inside of you right now? If you are like most people fear or doubt just surged through you like a hot knife.

This self doubt, fear or anxiety is the very thing holding you back from the chance to change your life now. The human brain is a powerful organ and one we very seldom use to its potential.

You see what many people fail to understand is that if you give your brain a large enough problem it will go into overdrive trying to figure it out. However when you cannot even imagine a better life for yourself or your family the brain has nothing to work on, you are already living that life!

There is a saying that goes around the self help community and it is that when the why is big enough the how will take care of itself. Still doubting that you can change your life today by simply changing how you think? Read on!

If one of your children needed an operation that would save their life but it cost a million dollars, how many ways do you think you could come up with to raise that money? Maybe a million or more? The point is you have to first present the problem to your brain and then allow it the freedom to find the answer by believing the answer exists in the first place!

If you could change one thing in your past what would it be? How would it change your life now?

I would have had more water to drink last night. If I had, my tongue wouldn't be sore now.

i would change every word and action from the time i was 9 to about 29

I would have gone to the doctor when I was supposed to. It would have made me healthier and happier.

i don't think i'd change anything. sure, there are things i could have done better, but it's like a ripple in a pond, change that thing and everything else would change. my life is going well right now, i wouldn't want to have something different.

Before, I can never stand up against my parents' will. I always follow them and I now have regrets because of it. One, they forced me to break up with my then bf although he came from a good family and there are no negativities about him. Second, they forced me to take up a college course which I don't have any interests in and now, I flunked three of my major subjects. If only I have the guts to say what I want before, then my life would'nt be so miserable at all...

i would've threw the absurdities of the christian religion out the door and not wasted my time believing in something that's totally irrational. I would've been enlightened at an earlier age and focused on being creative and getting the most of life that i had left.

There are sooo many things i would do differently know in hindsight, but i can't. The past is the past and thats where it will alwys stay unfortunately. But i have learned so much and become a much better person because of it.

i would make me stop blurting out answers and inturrupting people. that way maybe I wouldn't have to go to detention tomorrow. :-)

I would change the way I raised my daughter. I would teach her to be more loving, and to put more faith in God, and concentrate in the spiritual more than the physical. And I would have searched more carefully for a church to which I could have had deeper connections. This would have changed my direction, now. Perhaps I would not be in the financial and lonely quandry I am now.

I would change nothing. I have wish-I-could-haves and should-not-have-dones, but all my have-dones got me to my daughter and my life now. I wouldn't give her up for all the tea in China nor water in the sea.

if i had never have walked out on Jesus christ the first time in my life. i just let lust take over and drugs i got it in my mind that i could do and sell and that would be my supply for life if not for a praying church and mother and granny i would not be saved today i would be in the grave or hell for eternity . . like i heard today from a preacher in california .just cause u say dont make it unreal.live and learn sometimes it takes a bad tragedy to make you walk straight try to miss that .love god now.

i wouldnt change a single thing. although we may seem worthless, each action we take determines how the future is going to turn out, sometimes it can be insignificant, but others it can have a major impact not only in your life, but in others too. Whose to say we'd still be here even if we changed something little as taking a left than a right, but still getting to our location. It's like that one Simpsons episode were homer went back in time and stepped on that butterfly (The Sound of Thunder) and everything changed, and when he went back again and sneezed. Even the most littlest things can have a major impoact in our lives. Here's my philosphy if we're still alive then theres no need to regret anything.

I would never change a thing. We are all meant to learn from our mistakes or regrets thats what they are for. If you could change something you regret then you wouldnt have learnt from your experience. I dont actually believe in regret, its all experience, life.

powanikutin2
I wouldn't have changed a thing. The experiences and choices that you have made in the past have shaped who you now are. If it weren't for the bad things that you have done or had happened to you, you would not think the way you do not. If it weren't for that first skinned knee, you would have never learned that you have to be careful.
