What is the best brand of Charcoal briquettes for barbecuing?
Last year I discovered charcoal BBQing, and let me tell you, once you try this you will never want to use your gas BBQ ever again. The difference in flavour is out of this world! I was just wondering what other charcoal BBQ users here feels is the best brand of charcoal briquettes to buy? I have tried a few, and I am sure there are many more out there. I have noticed a difference from manufacturer to manufacturer. Which ones are the best? Thanks.

I think the one that is quick light, it has the lighter fluid already in it. The one problem we have it have to constantly add fluid to keep the fire going to get the coals to start. WE live in a very humid area so I thing that is part of the problem.
