cheap? how cheap is cheap? if its under 500, you wont find anything good. you might be able to find a good deal on craigslist or ebay, but you wont find anything new and good quality for under 500. for over 500, i would suggest a pearl vision or tama rockstar kit. those are both pretty good beginner kits for a pretty good price. hope this helps! if you need some more help, feel free to email.
