i got mine from craigslist. just ask the seller if you can test it before you buy it to ensure quality. honestly, the chances of finding a perfectly functioning ps3 for $100 are extremely slim. unless someone just want to get rid of it. expect to find them sold for about $200-$250. Good Luck!
