Should i BBQ, or grill this chicken?
If you do not know the difference between the two LEAVE NOW! >:-| For fathers day I got a Mastering BBQ book and made some fire a** ribs using some tips in there. I was already a grill chef but have now declared myself a full on pit master. I have the day off and there are some fresh chicken breasts in the fridge that I’m bout to cook up. Hears the dilemma: should I grill’m or smoke’m? They’d take about the same amount of time, considering I’d have to marinate the grilled, but smoking is much more labor intensive. So what would you do if you were me, fire ass grilled chicken or fire ass BBQ chicken considering the extra labor for bbq.

Which ever one rows your boat, I say, meaning whatever you think you and your family will like the most. I personally like BBQ grilled chicken (yum :D) and can make killer kabobs using secret recipes i have DESIGNED MYSELF over the years. Craziest thing is I have all different reciped for grilling and smoking BBQ chicken which I have done and I still believe grilled is better. Which everone you like you should do because you have to eat it, not me :D HAPPY EATING :D SAVE SOME FOR ME IF U DO GRILLED:)) just kidding <3

Who wouldn't know the difference? Lol, but I think grilling always tastes better, I've never been a fan of BBQing. Plus grilling it would be healthier (depending on the marinade) than the sauce. :) Hope this helps!

I would think that a "full on pit master" would already know.
