Claritin D 12 hour show up as a false-positive on a drug test?
I took a drug test and on the day of the drug test I took a Claritin D 12 hour about 5 hours before the test. Will this show up as a false positive for amphetamines in my system? Are there measures in place to differentiate between if it was just an over the counter Claritin D 12 hour between an illegal substance?

Possibly yes, depending on the sensitivity of the drug test that was used and the substances it may detect. No, there are no measures in place to differentiate. A substance either shows or it doesn't. It's your responsibility to notify the testing organization of any drugs you are taking or have taken, OTC or otherwise that may affect the results.
