Today's Discussion

What is the best allergy drugs? Claritin, Zyrtec, Allegra, Singulair, or Benadryl?
What about Zicam and other nasal sprays for allergies? Do they work as well as the allergies pills?

Benadryl causes drowsiness but when used at bedtime will often ease symptoms. Allegra, Zyrtec, and Claritin are much less sedating and better for daytime use. Steroid nasal sprays are very useful. One over the counter nasal spray that often helps in Nasochrom.

zyrtec or allegra are the most effective. Zicam somethings helps reduce the number of days the cold virus is around. It is not effective in everyone.
