Good choice, classical guitar is a wonderful instrument. However, it is a serious classical instrument and will be difficult to learn without proper lessons, although your existing guita background will be very helpful. First things first, you must be able to read music or learn how. Buy some books and start practicing; I strongly recommend the Carcassi Method, and some etudes by Fernando Sor and Andres Segovia. I doubt that you'll find anything of great quality for free, but try amazon.com or a similar large retailer for instructional videos/DVDs.
