CNC router bits are strong, durable and will provide you with a lot of hours of hard work. However, these bits do not last forever. At some point the bits will lose tips or become weak and break. When this happens, you need to replace the bit. This may seem like a difficult task, but with a little research, you can find the right bit for your CNC router machine.

When it comes to shopping for these router bits, you do not want to settle for just any bit. You want to make sure that it has the quality and durability that you want and expect. This makes the ability to shop for these bits online the best choice for you.

Most of these websites will offer you different types of bits for you to choose from and will even give you a small inside look at the creation of the bits. This will show you the quality of work they put into their bits for you to get the right quality out of your bit.

There are several great websites that can be found just by using Google. These websites will give you a lot of information about their CNC router bits as well as prices and catalogues.

CNC Router - Need help with bits, feed speeds, etc.?
I have a newly built CNC router. Its built off of the HobbyCNC plans. It has a HobbyCNC controler (3 axis) with 305oz motors. The 'router' is a trim router that takes 1/4" bits. I'm looking for help with some guidelines regarding selecing the right bit, plunge rate and feed speed. I'm cutting some 1/2" maple, but also want to cut and engrave acrylic. Is there someplace that gives this type of info?

WWW.CNCzone.Com is ___The___ place to be. A lot of the folks there use CNC for metal, but there's also a woodsection, jewelry etc. etc. You name it, they have it. You can also find countless links there to other CNC-projects/sites etc. etc. etc. No one... can keep up with all the info given there.

You can also try www.woodweb.com for speed and feed info. Where did you find plans for a cnc router?
