Today's Discussion

How do I clean my Senseo coffee maker?
Do I run it with clean water or soapy water? How often? Senseo coffee makers do not have a pot or use filters. It uses pods and is a single serving coffee machine.

I use white vinegar. Run the coffee maker thru like you are brewing coffee, just be sure to run clean water thru at least 3 times or your coffee will suck the next time you drink it.

just helping
i use a product called (CLR) calcium, lime and rust- it will remove any stain you have on your coffee pot very fast making it look just like you bought it, you can also use this product to easily remove tub scum, just put the product in a spray bottle , spray it on, and let the product do all the work, then just wipe it down with a wet cloth

take coffee pot fill half white vingear & water. put in new coffee filter, pour in vin & wtr. start brew but half way into brew stop it . pull out filter & put new filter one in. pour back in maker what is in pot & start maker again. when done take filter out put new onein run clear water in maker. if you use tap wtr. do this quarterly. if you have soft wtr. every 6 mos.
