Commercial Pizza Oven VS Domestic Oven

Commercial Pizza Oven VS Domestic Oven

commercial pizza oven

If like me you are pizza crazy you might have thought about buying a commercial pizza oven to help you recreate some fabulous pizzas.

Not only can you cook your favorite pizzas in matter of minutes you can also cook other dishes in there too. So, what are the advantages of a commercial oven for pizzas over a domestic oven?

Firstly, they get much, much hotter than a domestic oven, which means they cook faster and more evenly.

Secondly, they are much larger than a domestic oven (although you can get small commercial ovens). This means you can put two or more pizzas in there at any one time. In fact they are great for pizza parties!

Thirdly, they can be fitted in the house as well as built outside. Many people who live in warmer countries will opt for an outdoor pizza oven as they look really rustic and add a touch of the Mediterranean to any garden patio.

Fourth, they can be wood fired which gives your pizza a really smoky taste which is delicious.

These are just a few of the reasons why you might want to choose a commercial pizza oven over a domestic one.

A commercial pizza oven can cost $15,000-40,000 depending on the size and if you get them stacked.

You should look on an resturant supply web site or check your local paper for resturant auctions. Sometimes they have what your looking for for a resonable price

Your sitting on some HOT commodities, man. I worked for 20 + yrs. with pizza parlors off & on. Y'all need to do your research & sell, sell, sell. Used resturant equipment is VERY saught after. Especially if the ovens are decked. I hope some one that is trying to fullfill their American dream of opening their own business, gets a shot at taking them off your hands. Good Luck to the seller & Best of Luck to the new buyers.
