He's not entirely accurate. There has not been a release of any such novel. At least to my knowledge... However, there are a plethora of fan sites out there which create their own "fill-in the blanks".

Yes, there was a graphic novel where some Dark Side users brought Maul back, thinking that he was the true leader of the dark side. I read it while at Walden Bookstore, waiting for my wife to get off work. I came back the next day to buy it, but it was gone and I haven't seen it since. If you find it, let me know, it was a great story and I don't want to spoil it for you.

i believe that there is a comic book of it but it is not part of the star wars canon.

Yes i read that some sith believed Maul to be a true sith lord and that Vader was involved to much with the force and Jedi and not purely sith. so they resurrected Maul and the two fought. Maul had the upperhand but Vader wins by stabbing thru his ownself and thru Maul. killin him. Vader wins... go to www.wookieepedia.com and look up darth maul it talks about it and even has a pic....
