The Walker Art Gallery in Liverpool has a huge museum right next door to it. Not been there for a while but there were dino's there last time I went. No entrance fee either but a donation in the big clear box by the door is always welcome.The Art Gallery has some fantastic pictures in it.

ROM Royal Ontario Museum. It has dinosaurs and art from several periods, especially from middle ages

Freedom Forever
The Los Angeles County Museum of Art is located literally, in the La Brea Tar Pits as is that whole section of city. There is an outdoor display of the tar pits. The best dinosaur displays are at the Los Angeles Museum of Natural History which is in a complex of a lot of museums, including the Afro-American Art Museum and most likely, other art museums.
