Yes Every year I get the animals gifts although it gets expensive at times to fill their christmas stocking. I have two dogs a cat and birds they all get theor own stocking.

I'll definitely be getting my puppy a christmas present! Yeah, she'll be included as she is part of the family. [: She's only 13 weeks, so this is her first christmas.

I'm planning on buying my Shih Tzu this huge $20 bo bo I saw at the petstore. It's literally BIGGER than him, and he usually rips his other bo bo's so hopefully this one would last longer. I'm also planning on buying him some of his favorite treats like Chicken Jerky. My dog gets excited when we open gifts from other homes and stuff too, and bites the wrapping paper and looks into the bags. It's so cute! This year will be his 3rd christmas with us. And yes, I do consider my dog as my family. I have him for 3 years, and he's part of our family and we always include him in. :) Thats what I'm planning on getting him, though it's WAY bigger than that!

my dogs have their own stocking! I usually get them a rawhide bone, tennis balls and lots of treats. They love smelling all our new presents, and just sitting back and watching the excitement! They always get turkey and the organs(eww i know but they love em) My dogs are 100% part of my family, i talk to them just i would a person, and I know they understand everything i am saying.

yes we getting our dog and cat presents... this is their 1st year with us(yay). they already got their main gift a drinkwell 360 (our dog LOVES it and the cat still isn't too sure if it is going to kill him or not). Got the for $45 and they will each get one toy to open on CHRISTmas to see if that will entice them to open them. wanted to do stocking full of toys and treats but money is too tight so maybe next year!

I've got my 2 dogs a Christmas Doggy Hamper each which I know they can't wait to open on Christmas day. I think they can already smell some of the doggy goodies in them because they arrive beautifully wrapped yesterday and they kept jumping up on the box. I got them from this company: I went for 2 of the £15 hampers but was quite tempted by the one with the Nina Ottossen dogs toys in them.

I'm not sure if Christmas makes a difference for dogs compared to getting a treat any other day, but it's a cute habit :) I think it's also a nice idea to buy your dog-loving relatives and friends a T-shirt with their favorite dog breed on it. Here you can find some really cute ones:
