Dragon Ball GT Episode 47; The Greatest Surprise -Goku as Super Saiyan 4 tries to destroy the stronger Android #17 by gathering energy and Solar Flare (I think) Goku fails; Android #18 comes to save Goku from being blown up. Android #17 gets mad and destroys his creator. Goku punches through Android #17 with Super Dragon Fist; then Kamehameha's him to death.
