No such thing. The hot air must be exhausted outside. Are you talking about portable air conditioners? They have ducts that fit in a bracket in the window.

By ductless I hope you mean mini-split air conditioners. About any reputable heating and cooling contractor can provide and install these for you. They do have their nitch in this industry, and I have found them to be a good alternative for area cooling.
