What's a good technique for cooking chicken legs on an electric griddle?
I don't have a stove right now, but I do have an electric griddle/grill. What are some good ways to cook chicken legs on a griddle? technique?

You have several options: Dust with seasoned flour and fry in a little oil. Season with salt and pepper and fry in a little oil. Make up a batter and deep fry. Sear (get a nice golden color all around) on high heat, then add a cup or so of water, wine or broth and cover, reduce heat and steam cook, thicken the sauce and serve with potatoes, rice, noodles..... Do the above, but only add a few tablespoons of liquid, lower the heat and pan roast. Be creative!
