I have the Easton Synergy Elite grip and i just bought the Easton Stealth CNT grip but havent used it yet. whats the difference? should i just have bought another Elite? or should i have bought another stick?

Those are both great sticks. The main difference that I can think of is that the Stealth is supposed to be a better shooing stick but the Synergy a more durable stick. Both are really good and used by pros a lot.

The difference is found in the design and manufacturing process of the two sticks. The Elite is a fused construction which means a blade element is bonded into a shaft with a permanent epoxy, thereby making it a 'one-piece'. In other words, if the permanent epoxy were replaced with a hotmelt glue, the stick would have been a two-piece. The Stealth, however, is built in a uni-mold contruction, meaning the shaft and blade are not fused in a post-mold process, but rather cured in a mold together. This construction method is referred to as a 'true' one-piece process. The advantage of the Stealth process is that the manufacturing method removes weight and material in the critical blade/shaft joint region. In addition to lower overall weight, benefits of this design can be found in the stick's balance and flex profile. The absence of of a fused joint allows the shaft to flex in a truer, more constant fashion and is the one performance advantage you should quickly notice when shooting. Having used both designs, my preference between the two was the Stealth. I felt passes were truer and my slap shot velocity was significantly greater with the Stealth while my snap shot release also felt purer. My experience at the highest levels of play has been that while players did not reject one design for the other, most did have a preference of one over the other. With that said, I can promise that you won't be tragically disappointed with the Stealth and, in turn, you may actually be surprisingly pleased with it. My advice would be to give the Stealth a go and see what you think. Worst case scenario, you decide the Elite was a little better for you and that drives your next purchase. Best case scenario, you fall in love with the Stealth and end up with a new favorite.

They are both great sticks. With the cnt and elite you have a few differences. 1 they way they feel. 2 they type of material. Easton has made the cnt a mono comp which means that the whole stick is one.Like the eliete it isnt a mono comp. They fuse the blade with the Shaft. With the elite the crack really easy at the heal or the stick. Ive only broken 1 stealth and 3 elites. i would go with the stealth
