wen i was little there where presents under the tree from other people but all the goodies came on xmas eve when we went to bed... lol damn good at it too, never woke up and heard them

Nothing is worth it
We told our child very early on that there was no father christmas. This saved tears and stupid questions later on.

My daughter is already 15 so the truth is out in the open, and we concentrate celebrating on Jesus. When she was smaller, we had a Santa to bring all the gifts.

i tell my son people send the prezzies to Santa and he delivers them like the postman (only more reliable) but we also get him a small prezzie and wrap it up and write it is from Santa. but depends how old your kids are as to how much they will believe i 25 and santa still brings my prezzies its part of the magic

i put a stocking on the end of my daughters bed and all the presents inside are the ones i say santa left durin the night and then all the presents that are under the tree are labelled as to which family member they are from.

Hi, When my children were very small we told them Father Christmas brought all the presents, as they were more able to understand we told them that mummy and daddy bought the presents but Father Christmas delivered them. Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year.

We had Family presents under the tree before christmas, and Santa presents were there on Christmas morning. I am a Grandmother now, our family spends Christmas with my mother, and there are still Santa presents on Christmas morning that weren't there before. :0

the prezzies that are put inside my kids stockings i tell them that they are from santa the other gifts they read the labels and enjoy writing thank you notes in the new year,

I aven't got children of my own, but any of my families/friends who has children, I get them 2 write a letter 2 santa and tell them 2 b gud or santa wnt deliever any presents 2 them. Also I tell them that santa brings them on Christmas eve so that they go 2 bed early.

Sorry, I'm Jewish and we do not tell our children such stories , but they do have 8 nights of fun and games along with presents from each family members. Happy Chanukah from men to you and Merry Christmas to you. But I think that it nice to give them something to look forward to.
