NO. You can do it yourself for free. Just add extra principal payments with your regular monthly payments. There are amortization schedules on line that can show you exactly how long it will take to pay off your mortgage by adding to your principal payments.

Yes you can put in extra money but why would you do that when you can make the same payments and lower your interest on the monthly payments. This can be done with a mortgage checking account. If you qualify for one, you will be able to use the system to pay your mortgage off in as little as half and up to a third of the regular time. This system has been around for awhile and not many home owners are aware of it. You can simply continue making your monthly payments and put more money towards the principal. Can you do it yourself with out a product or software? Yes, but unless you are a math genius, it's going to be extremely difficult to keep track of all the payments and figuring out the system every month. There is a company that is charging around $3500 for this product called United First Financial, but you can get the same exact thing for $325 at
