Today's Discussion

"Godfather" fans I need a clever message to put in my stepfather's poster card?
Okay here's the scenario... I pasted his face on the body of Don Vito Corleone in a Godfather poster and I want to write a small birthday message on the poster related to the Godfather film. I just need something short. Can you give me examples for a message?

Great Idea! How fun! here are some good quotes from the movie: "It's not personal, it's business" "Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Wednesday" "Leave the gun, take the canoli" So you could go with something like "Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Wednesday- have a happy birthday" or "Leave the gun, take the birthday cake" or "It's not personal, it's business to wish you a happy birthday".

As terrible as the rockin' horror movie Trick or Treat is, the poster COULD have been okay, had they gone with above rejected oil painting instead of the crappy final poster below. Blood Diner and Texas Godfather art above, final prints below.

Boy George is probably remembered less for his personality and music than the era that spawned him; his flamboyant style made him a poster child for 80s androgyny, and in many ways its spiritual godfather (for the mainstream, at least).
