Do they make grill griddles for electric stovetops?
All I see on Amazon is ones for stoves with a (gas) burner or a camp stove. Do they make them for electric stovetops? I should have mentioned-- I want one that is long and goes from the front burner to the back burner.

How large? Several cookware makers sell 10" and 12" griddle pans, like this: If you want the raised rib type, you can get those too: You can use any of the modern pans on electric stove tops.
